Job summary

Vodafone UK is seeking a driven learning and capability specialist to drive skills initiatives across the business. The role combines designing practical learning journeys with digital experiences and strong stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid London/Newbury environment.

You will work on onboarding, core capability programmes and continuous improvement, leveraging data and AI insights to enhance the employee experience.

• Experience delivering skills, capability, learning or people development initiatives.
• Ability to translate workforce needs into practical, business‑value solutions.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate priority skills and capability initiatives across a fast-changing environment.
• Translate needs into clear plans with outcomes, milestones and measures.
• Shape learning journeys and digital experiences to build practical skills.
• Incorporate external trends, AI developments and best practice to stay future-focused.
• Support positive learner/stakeholder experiences with clear communication and collaboration.
• Assist onboarding, accessibility support, engagement activity and participation feedback.
• Roll out and deliver capability programmes to drive adoption and behaviour change.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and improve the employee experience.
• Support enhancement of learning platforms, tools, and AI-enabled experiences.
