Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a Lead Delivery Transformation Manager to reshape how enterprise projects are delivered within a large, hybrid team. You will champion new ways of working, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable improvements across the UK organisation.

In this role you will collaborate with senior leaders, design end-to-end processes, and ensure sustainable adoption of changes. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a clear focus on customer and employee outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or delivery initiatives.
• Strong skills in service/process design and operational excellence.
• Effective communicator who can influence at all levels.
• Experience facilitating workshops and turning ideas into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and investment transformation programmes.
• Drive faster delivery by simplifying processes and removing bottlenecks.
• Develop compelling business cases, process maps, journey designs, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for standardisation and digitisation.
• Lead transformation programmes using established project management methodologies.
• Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Secure stakeholder buy-in and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
• Track impact and communicate outcomes to drive greater ROI.
