Job summary

CFC Underwriting in London is seeking a Skills Development Partner to design and deliver high-impact development initiatives that strengthen capability and drive performance across the business. You will lead learning design, capability building and career architecture with the Head of Talent & Development, applying practical, day-to-day solutions.

Qualifications

Significant experience in skills & capability development.
Proven success in designing and implementingSales training or commercial capability programmes.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Experience using learning technologies and data analytics to measure learning impact.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of sales capability programmes across client-facing teams.
Partner with commercial leaders to identify critical skills and embed capability standards within career frameworks.
Ensure all programmes reflect market dynamics and strategic priorities; manage external partners where appropriate.
Use data and insights to measure impact, refine delivery, and maintain standards.
Own and continuously develop CFC's career and skills framework and capability frameworks.
