• Coordinate delivery of priority skills and capability initiatives across a fast-changing environment.
• Translate capability needs into clear plans with audiences, outcomes and milestones.
• Shape learning journeys and digital experiences to build practical, measurable skills.
• Improve learning platforms, tools and AI-enabled experiences for adoption and value.
• Support onboarding, accessibility, engagement and participation in learner journeys.
• Roll out and deliver skills programs to drive adoption and behaviour change.
