Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced plasterer to join the team covering Dudley and surrounding areas. You will perform high-quality plastering repairs and finishes in occupied and void properties, working independently and with colleagues to maintain safety and cleanliness.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a professional approach to residents. A full UK driving license and own tools are required; salary up to £34,000 per year plus benefits and

Qualifications

• Proven plastering experience in social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Skimming, patching, bonding and rendering skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality finishes.
• Own tools and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering works including skimming, patch repairs, bonding and rendering.
• Prepare surfaces for plastering; ensure smooth durable finish.
• Repair damaged walls and ceilings in occupied and void properties.
• Maintain high standards with a clean professional finish.
• Record job progress and materials used using mobile tech.
• Work with supervisors and support teams to deliver efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with residents to minimise disruption.
• Ensure health & safety compliance.
