Job summary

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join a busy Social Housing contractor in the SW of the UK. You will carry out plastering repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties, delivering high workmanship and customer service.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 42.5 hours per week, with company van and fuel card provided. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the social housing sector.
• Strong plastering skills with ability to carry out variety of repair tasks.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Complete associated repair works as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Work towards deadlines and productivity targets.
• Accurately update job information using the PDA system.
