Job summary

PiLON Ltd, part of United Infrastructure Group, seeks experienced plasterers for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in the Nottingham social housing sector. Work on occupied properties, delivering high-quality finishes while meeting project deadlines.

We offer long-term, self-employed roles with consistent work across multiple projects, competitive payments, and access to training within a supportive team. A van/tools and right-to-work in the UK are required; driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Experience in domestic/similar plastering work.
• Basic health & safety certifications preferred (asbestos awareness).

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Prepare surfaces including bonding, patching and skimming.
• Finish to a high standard in occupied properties.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and colleagues.
• Meet project specifications and company standards.
• Plan and manage daily workload to hit programme deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with site teams, supervisors and tenants.
• Identify and report any issues or extra works required.
• Collaborate with other trades for smooth project delivery.
