Qualifications

Experience in plastering for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
Own tools (110V or battery-powered) and reliable transport.
CSCS card and NVQ Level 2 preferred.
Basic H&S awareness, especially asbestos awareness.

Responsibilities

Carry out all plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
Prepare surfaces, bonding, patching and skimming.
Make good after other trades to ensure a quality finish.
Work in occupied social housing properties maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Ensure work aligns with project specs and company standards.
Manage daily workload to meet programme deadlines.
Communicate effectively with site teams, supervisors and tenants.
Identify and report issues or additional works required.
Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
