Job summary

PiLON, part of United Infrastructure, is seeking experienced Decorators to join our team for kitchen and bathroom renewals in social housing across South-West and West London. This is a great opportunity for self-employed tradespeople seeking consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential.

You'll deliver painting and decorating for occupied properties, manage safety, and maintain high standards of finish while working on a well-organised programme across busy sites.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and health and safety awareness required.
• Experience in domestic or similar painting and decorating work.
• Basic H&S certifications, especially asbestos awareness, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Completing retouches and fillings after plastering works.
• Applying first and second coats for high-quality finish.
• Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring.
• Protecting furniture and surrounding areas in occupied properties.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment on site.
