Job summary

NRL Group is recruiting for a reliable and hardworking killed Operatives on a Teesside construction site. This full-time, six-month contract offers ongoing work with a reputable contractor and weekly pay.

You will support site operations, maintain safety and cleanliness, and assist trades and site management as required. A CSCS card and readiness to work on a busy site are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous construction site experience preferred.
• Valid CSCS Card is essential.
• Understanding of site health and safety regulations.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Physically fit for manual handling duties.
• Own transport advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with day-to-day site activities.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Carrying out general labouring and site maintenance duties.
• Supporting deliveries and stock management.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Operating basic hand and power tools where required.
• Assisting with site setup and welfare area maintenance.
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties as directed by site management.

The successful candidate will support site operations, ensuring work areas are maintained to a high standard of safety and cleanliness while assisting trades and site management as required.

Requirements
