Job summary

Samworth Brothers, through The Cornwall Bakery, is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive a motivated workforce and maintain high safety and quality standards. You will organise rotation, carry out performance reviews, and coach team members to deliver targets with strong communication.

The role offers progression, a supportive environment, and a focus on people who thrive on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a department or line and organizing job rotation.
• Ability to conduct performance and probation reviews within timelines.
• Coaching and developing a motivated, engaged team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department to build a motivated and engaged team through rotation, reviews, training, delegation, and communication of performance.
• Proactively support the Line Manager and cover when unavailable.
