We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and long-established charitable housing provider – as they look to expand their Repairs & Maintenance Team with a skilled and motivated Multi Trade Operative.

The Role

Working across planned and responsive maintenance, you\'ll carry out a variety of tasks in domestic properties, focusing on delivering a high standard of work and excellent customer service.

You\'ll be working in occupied homes, so a polite, respectful, and professional manner is essential.

Key trade skills

• Carpentry (essential)
• Additional experience in kitchen/bathroom fitting, plastering, tiling, and painting is highly desirable.
