Job summary

Core Group is seeking skilled Handyman/Multi-Skilled Operatives to support a long-term project across Bristol and Gloucester. You will perform maintenance, refurbishment and installation work across flats, apartments and houses, handling tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling and kitchen removals under supervision.

Two Bristol positions and one Gloucester position are available. The role offers £22 per hour, with 9 hours paid per day, ASAP start, and ongoing work across multiple sites in the

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative.
• Experience with basic plumbing, carpentry and tiling.
• Kitchen removal and installation experience is desirable.
• CSCS card preferred; strong relevant experience if no CSCS.
• Up-to-date CV and 2 checkable references.
• Reliable and able to work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, refurbishment and installation works on properties.
• Perform basic plumbing, carpentry and tiling tasks.
• Remove and install kitchens as required.
• Work across flats, apartments and houses under supervisor guidance.
• Work across Bristol and Gloucester locations.

Handyman/Multi Trader Bristol & Gloucester

Locations: Bristol / Gloucester
Pay: £22 per hour
Hours: 9 hours per day 9 hours paid
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term, ongoing work

We are currently looking for Multi-Skilled Handymen to join a long-term project carrying out work across Bristol and Gloucester.

We have 2 positions available in Bristol and 1 position available in Gloucester.

The Role

You will be working on a variety of properties, including flats, apartments and houses, carrying out general maintenance, refurbishment and installation works.

The work will include:

• Basic plumbing
• Basic carpentry
• Tiling
• Kitchen removal and installation
• General handyman and refurbishment duties
• Working across different properties and locationsFollowing instructions from and working alongside a supervisor

Bristol: You will work independently at different locations across Bristol, alongside a supervisor.

Gloucester: You will work across Gloucester, alongside a supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative
• Good experience with basic plumbing, carpentry and tiling
• Experience removing and installing kitchens is highly desirable
• CSCS card preferred
• If you do not hold a CSCS card, you must have strong relevant experience
• Up-to-date CV
• 2 checkable references
• Reliable and able to work across multiple locations
