Qualifications

• Previous machine operative experience in a food manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty and high-speed machinery.
• Excellent knowledge of safety methods and hazard regulations.
• Working level of speaking and reading English.
• Numerate; able to understand and work with numbers.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment and with raw protein.
• Committed to food quality and a supportive team member.
• Willing to work across shifts including days/nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work safely following all appropriate safety procedures.
• Drive line performance and diagnose operational issues.
• Conduct quality checks to meet product specifications.
• Perform machine hygiene and changeovers.
• Prepare ingredients for production and mix recipes.
• Operate production line equipment efficiently.
• Contribute to waste processing and order packing.
• Attend daily review meetings and participate in performance reviews.
• Maintain facility hygiene and practice clean-as-you-go.
