Job summary

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking multiple Labourers to join the Empty Homes team. You will assist tradespeople across various tasks in empty properties, helping to complete repairs safely and efficiently. The role includes training to become a multiskilled operative and progressing within the team.

You’ll be equipped with a company van, fuel card, branded workwear and all necessary tools, with a supporting benefits package and a focus on development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No specific trade experience required; training will be provided to progress as a multiskilled operative.
• Good work ethic, teamwork and reliable communication are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople across joinery, plumbing, bricklaying or roofing to complete repairs in empty properties.
• Support the Empty Homes team to deliver repairs on time and to high standards.
