Job summary

M Group Highways is seeking personnel to join its highway maintenance team, delivering essential tasks across the UK. You’ll contribute to planned and reactive works, helping keep communities moving and roads safe.

The role involves outdoor manual work, operating plant equipment, and potential calls for emergencies or winter operations. A strong safety mindset and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires CSCS Card or willingness to obtain
• NRSWA qualification or willingness to obtain
• HGV Class C driving licence desirable or ability to obtain one
• Must be able to carry out manual outdoor work in all weather conditions

You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. What will you be doing?

You’ll bring your expertise in Highways to carry out a variety of essential tasks including:

• Laying & levelling kerbs, slabs and bitumen macadam
• Drainage and gully installations

What you’ll bring

• A commitment to Health and Safety- it’s at the heart of everything we do!
• Good communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy
• Ability to carry out manual work outdoors, in all weather conditions
• CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain)
• NRSWA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• HGV Class C driving licence is highly desirable (or demonstrate ability to obtain one)
