Job summary

Wey Developments Ltd, based in Farnham, is seeking a skilled carpenter / multi-trade professional to bolster the team and deliver high-quality building work.

This permanent PAYE role with 8.00am - 4.30pm hours, Monday to Friday, and optional Saturdays, offers a CIS option and a salary of £35,000-£40,000 per year. Company pension and on-site parking are included.

Qualifications

• Experience as a skilled carpenter or multi-trade professional.
• Ability to work on roof timbers, timber framing, partition walls, skirtings & architrave, internal doors, kitchen installs, stair installs, timber flooring and general building tasks.

• Work from groundwork upwards as part of the team.

Skilled Carpenter / Multi Trade Professional

We are actively seeking a skilled carpenter/ Multi trade professional to bolster our team of specialists and assist in a wide range of tasks, including roof timbers, timber framing, partition walls, skirtings \& architrave, internal doors, kitchen installs, stair installs, bespoke storage solutions, timber flooring \& general building from groundwork upwards.

The role is a permanent PAYE role including, holiday pay, SSP \& company pension.

Hours: 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays optional.

We can also consider working on a CIS basis if preferred.

Rate of pay is dependent on experience.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
