Job summary

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced carpenter multi to join our client's reactive maintenance team in Ealing, London. This Temp to perm role offers 42.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri) with an hourly rate of £22 CIS.

You'll carry out carpentry repairs in domestic/social housing, including doors, frames and kitchens. A full UK driving license is required, and van with fuel card is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• NVQ or City & Guilds in Carpentry qualification required
• Full UK driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance including doors, frames, skirting, kitchens, locks, and general woodwork repairs
• Making good after carpentry works to a high standard
• Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
• Carrying out secondary trades when required
• Providing excellent customer service in tenanted properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
