Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Sales Consultant in South Sussex to join our offices. You will share first-hand resort knowledge and provide top-notch advice for cycling holidays, while meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional service to customers.

Training will cover our destinations and products fully. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales or customer service experience, and a genuine passion for travel and cycling.

Qualifications

• Confident, motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Interest in cycling holidays and travel industry.

Responsabilités

• Talk to customers over the phone and by email to establish requirements and build holidays based on our programme.
• Maintain the highest levels of customer service pre- and post-booking.
