Heron Hall Academy in North Star Community Trust is seeking a Head of Sixth Form to lead Year 12 and 13 and oversee its growing post-16 provision. The post holder will drive academic progress, lead pastoral development and build strong links with families, universities and employers.

The role requires a proven track record in secondary education with Sixth Form leadership, and will report to the Senior Leadership Team. Start date 1 January 2027; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Sixth Form or post-16 provision.
• Strong track record of improving outcomes.
• Experience with KS5 and post-16 curriculum.

• Lead the academic, pastoral and personal development of Year 12 and 13 students.
• Drive academic progress across the Sixth Form.
• Strengthen the student experience.

• Build relationships with families, universities, employers and apprenticeship providers.
• Help shape the future of the growing post-16 provision.
