Job summary

Guiseley School in Leeds is seeking a Post-16 Achievement Manager to work with our Sixth Form team to drive achievement and outcomes for our students. This role focuses on mentoring, pastoral support, attendance and the administrative needs of the sixth form, with an emphasis on proactive student development.

The successful candidate will uphold safeguarding commitments and contribute to our child-centred ethos and professional development framework.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Sixth Form students and support their development and learning.
• Coordinate attendance and welfare for Sixth Form students.
• Handle administrative tasks for the Sixth Form.
• Uphold safeguarding and welfare commitments across the school.
