Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day waste management activities across the site, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant processing.
• Coordinating waste collections and exchanges with internal teams and service providers.
• Building positive relationships with site stakeholders and providing regular updates.
• Ensuring all waste streams are correctly segregated, processed and stored.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards across waste areas.
• Supporting health and safety compliance, site procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Conducting routine inspections of waste drop zones and storage areas.
• Completing administrative duties including document scanning, reporting and email communication.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Operating a forklift truck when required (training can be provided).
