Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Site Services Engineer to keep our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently and reliably on a 4 on 4 off days shift (05:30 – 17:30). You will deliver frontline support to site services equipment and utilities, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and work with water, steam, air and refrigeration systems to minimise downtime.

You will diagnose faults, implement robust fixes, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards while collaborating

Qualifications

Welding and fabrication experience is essential.
Experience with boiler operation and maintenance is essential.
Familiarity with water, steam, air and refrigeration plant systems.

Responsibilities

Provide first-response engineering support to site services equipment and utilities.
Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
Support operation of water, steam, compressed air and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose faults, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Contribute to improvements that enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
Complete maintenance records accurately and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
