Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Site Services Engineer to keep critical utilities running and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You'll join a dedicated site services team, provide first-response engineering support, and help minimise downtime in a fast-paced food production environment.

The role involves working a 4 on 4 off days pattern (05:30–17:30) and collaborating with production and engineering colleagues to sustain energy efficiency, safety compliance and reliable plant

Qualifications

• Experienced in a manufacturing, food production or factory environment.
• Qualified in welding and fabrication (essential).
• Knowledgeable in boiler operation and maintenance (essential).
• Familiar with water, steam, air and refrigeration plant systems.
• A practical problem-solver with strong fault-finding skills.
• Committed to working safely and following compliance requirements.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
• Interested in developing your skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Join Sofina Foods as a Site Services Engineer and play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently and reliably. Working as part of a dedicated Site Services team, you'll provide first-response engineering support across essential utilities and help minimise downtime in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise while contributing directly to operational success.
4 on 4 off shift pattern, days - 05:30 – 17:30.

Key Duties
