Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers at a Northampton site. You will design and execute the operational plan to meet safety, quality and productivity targets while coaching managers and improving site performance.

You will analyse shift performance, partner with HR, Finance and Health & Safety, and implement initiatives to raise efficiency and customer fulfilment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and Six Sigma/Lean experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques or in similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift, address issues, and drive site performance.
• Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.
• Design and deliver initiatives across sites to improve operational performance.
