Site Training Lead - HR Advisor

Job Overview

Due to internal promotion, we have a vacancy for a Site Training Lead/HR Advisor to join the HR team at our manufacturing site in Linton.

The successful candidate will be a vital member of the HR team, responsible for providing a proactive, effective, engaging, and professional learning and development service to the site. Supported by the site Training Validator, you will ensure compliance with company policies, development initiatives, statutory legislation, and maintain good employee relations and engagement. You will actively promote the company’s personal and professional learning culture.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions such as induction, H&S, technical, operational, and shop floor training.
  • Maintain accurate training records in learning management systems.
  • Coordinate external training requirements.
  • Support wider HR functions, including absence management, employee relations investigations, recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning.
  • Assist with site-wide engagement initiatives and communication.
  • Manage occupational health provisions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in a similar HR/L&D hybrid role.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable delivering classroom training and advising on HR systems and employment law.
  • Qualified or working towards CIPD qualification.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or food industry preferred.
