The role requires a TWCTC qualification and an engineering degree, with strong knowledge of BS 5975 and CDM 2015, plus experience in managing Temporary Works

Qualifications

• TWCTC qualification and engineering degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BS 5975 and CDM 2015 regulations.
• Experience managing Temporary Works Registers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design briefs and verify calculations before execution.
• Coordinate approvals between designers and site teams.
• Review risk assessments and enforce safety protocols; halt unsafe operations.
• Inspect installations and issue permits to load and strike.
• Maintain temporary works documentation and traceability.
