Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to faults on installed MHE systems on site. You will prioritise faults, log issues, and assist with servicing according to Dematic standards, ensuring health and safety compliance and quality output.

This role involves documenting service activities, writing reports, and participating in continuous improvement efforts to optimise performance and reliability of material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fault logging and reporting.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• To carry out first line response to the installed MHE system faults.
• Prioritise system faults.
• To complete the relevant faults logs.
• Assist with the MHE equipment servicing as per Dematic standards as set out in manuals.
• To ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• To ensure quality of output.
• Assist in the completion of relevant service records.
• Assist with the resolution of equipment faults.
• To complete written reports.
• Involvement in continuous improvement activities.
