Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00

What you'll be doing:

• Operate MRF facility focusing on safety and customer service
• Serve as the primary contact for service users, providing recycling guidance and support
• Build and maintain strong team dynamics through coaching and mentoring
• Demonstrate leadership and engage with stakeholders
• Drive innovation to exceed client expectations
• Monitor KPIs, maintain standards, and ensure clear communication
• Manage employee performance and compliance with safety policies

What we're looking for:

• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Proficiency with CMS systems
• Knowledge of waste hierarchy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• IT skills, especially Google platform
• Understanding of working time regulations
• IOSH Managing Safely certification
• NEBOSH certification (preferred)
