What you'll be doing;

  • Operate MRF facility with focus on safety and customer service excellence while meeting company objectives
  • Serve as primary contact for service users, providing expert recycling guidance and customer support
  • Build and maintain strong team dynamics through effective coaching and mentoring of staff
  • Demonstrate leadership by upholding organizational values and engaging with stakeholders
  • Drive innovation to exceed client expectations and deliver superior service quality
  • Monitor and report KPIs, maintaining high housekeeping standards and clear communication channels
  • Manage employee performance and attendance through proper documentation and review processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and legal requirements while leading by example



What we're looking for;

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency with CMS Systems
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of waste hierarchy
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Competency in IT skills, particularly Google platform
  • Understanding of working time directive regulations
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification
  • NEBOSH certification (desirable) with proactive approach to personal development
