Confidential in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to own the end-to-end supply chain for site products, translating demand into an actionable supply plan from procurement to customer fulfilment.

The role coordinates with Global Demand Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing, Global Sourcing and Site Leadership to keep demand, supply, capacity and materials aligned to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain management across sites.
• Experience leading S&OP processes in global/multi-site settings.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply chain for site products, from procurement to customer fulfilment.
• Interface between local and global Demand Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing and Site Leadership.
• Ensure capacity plans align with demand; balance customer demand with capability.
• Lead Procurement and coordinate with Global Sourcing on supplier issues, new products, and alternatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across the supply chain.
• Improve service performance by reducing back orders and ensuring timely fulfilment.
