Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to own the end-to-end fulfilment for a designated supplier category, ensuring accurate data and smooth operations across internal systems. You will coordinate inbound orders, schedule shipments with 3PLs and forecast replenishment based on historical demand.

The role requires strong data analysis, advanced Excel skills and excellent communication to manage supplier relationships and drive improvements in service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or warehousing.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fulfilment for assigned supplier category.
• Support inbound purchase orders and import coordination.
• Plan and coordinate inbound shipments with 3PL partners.
• Forecast replenishment for 3PL locations based on demand.
• Generate reports to support inventory planning and decision-making.
• Raise and manage purchase orders; ensure timely acknowledgements.
• Maintain accurate records across business systems.
• Expedite deliveries to maintain high service levels.
• Monitor NCRs and supplier performance; drive improvements.
• Prepare data and insights for supplier reviews.
