Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, materials planning, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Site-based or operational supply chain experience.
• Ability to manage material availability and resolve supply issues quickly.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Planning, and Engineering.
• Exposure to supplier management and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site supply chain activities including materials planning and inventory management.
• Monitor material availability against production schedules and build plans.
• Act as a key contact between the site and central Supply Chain function.
• Work with Production, Planning and Engineering to align priorities with operations.
• Monitor supplier performance at site level, including delivery and quality.
• Support expediting to resolve shortages and minimize risks.
• Balance inventory levels with cost and working capital targets.
• Support goods receipt, storage and material flow processes at site.
• Identify supply chain risks and support contingency actions.
• Conduct regular reviews of supply chain performance and KPI delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, policies and governance.
• Support NPI and programme changes for supply chain readiness.
• Collaborate with central procurement on supplier selection and onboarding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across site supply chain processes.
