Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor in Southampton, with a clear progression path into Contracts Management. You will manage multiple live projects from start to finish, supported by directors and a structured training programme.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial refurbishment, superb communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. Salary is £45,000–£50,000 plus car or allowance, package and ongoing progression opportunities within a stable

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in commercial refurbishment projects is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering multiple projects from start to finish.
• Surveying sites and gathering information to support quotations.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project.
