Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor in Southampton, with a clear progression path into Contracts Management. You will manage multiple live projects from start to finish, supported by directors and a structured training programme.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial refurbishment, superb communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. Salary is £45,000–£50,000 plus car or allowance, package and ongoing progression opportunities within a stable

You'll join in a hands‑on role, supporting the directors and running multiple live projects from start to finish. You'll be developed across the full commercial and client‑facing side of the projects, with structured training, direct mentoring and clear progression into a Contracts Manager role.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial refurbishment projects and proven experience leading work on site. You'll also need to be a strong communicator, as you'll be a key point of contact for clients throughout the projects.
