Job summary

Catering is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading national Facilities Management and Infrastructure provider delivering refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects across water and utility sites throughout Hampshire. You’ll supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

The role includes overseeing projects from £50,000 to £600,000, including refurbishment, roofing and office fit-out works on

Qualifications

Previous site supervision or site management experience on construction/refurbishment projects.
Experience delivering projects in live operational environments is desirable.
Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to programme.
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain site records.
Coordinate project activities with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.
Monitor quality, programme and productivity throughout delivery.
Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain performance.
Support the Project Manager with progress reporting and documentation.
Ensure works comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
