Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Reigate is seeking a Site Manager to oversee bespoke new build and refurbishment residential projects. You will lead site operations, manage labour, and ensure quality and programme delivery, with a clear path to progression into contracts management.

The role is based on site in Reigate with some office time; CSCS and SMSTS are required; salary £45k-£60k plus vehicle allowance, bonus, training and progression.

Qualifications

• Site management experience in residential or commercial projects.
• CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
• Presentable, personable and a strong team player.
• Able to commute to Reigate project site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations and supervision.
• Conduct toolbox talks and manage labour.
• Ensure build quality and programme delivery.
• Liaise with office as required.
