Job summary

Correct Contract Services Limited seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee site managers, trades and sub-contractors on Retrofit and related works, ensuring compliance with PAS2030 standards and CCS policies. You will report to Clients and Project Managers.

Expect to lead safety audits, quality checks, staff training, and weekly program updates, coordinating with Project Manager and Scheduling teams to keep works on track and maintain high delivery standards.

Qualifications

• General competence in the given trade.
• NVQ 2 or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in fabric installation and built environment.
• Punctuality, professionalism, flexibility; working knowledge of Mobile PDA.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience in Social Housing installation projects is advantageous.
• Experience working with residents and clients directly.
• Clean UK driving license and DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site managers, technical trades and sub-contractors.
• Assist planning of works with PM and Scheduling teams with technical input.
• Quality check material lists for compliance before installation.
• Complete quality control checks on all installations on site.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Communicate daily with traders and sub-contractors to follow CCS processes.
• Audit staff and trades to support compliance targets.
• Manage and control defects in weekly reports.
• Coach, upskill and train site management staff and installation teams.
• Improve customer service processes and satisfaction across CCS works.
• Report weekly activities to Operations Manager and clients.
• Conduct regular training of staff to ensure continuous improvement.
• Hold 1-to-1 meetings for performance management weekly.
• Complete monthly audits on trade staff for CCS compliance.
• Support recruitment of site resources and attend interviews.
• Induct new sub-contractors and staff to ensure proper onboarding.
