Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer for a planned social housing refurbishment in Oldham (windows and doors).

You will manage the day-to-day site operations, keep the programme on track within budget, enforce health and safety, monitor quality, liaise with residents and the client, and order materials as needed.

Required tickets: SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with a proven delivery history on housing refurbishment schemes.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS required
• CSCS required
• First Aid required
• Stable and progressive career history in relevant social housing refurbishments

Responsibilities

• The smooth operational running of the site, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and promoting a positive H&S culture on site.
• Monitoring the quality of work.
• Liaising with the client.
• Liaising with residents and keeping them updated with the construction process.
• Ordering materials
