Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Site Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied social housing properties. You will ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, with strong resident liaison and stakeholder communication.

Role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications, and experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Strong Health & Safety and site compliance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, operatives, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, RAMS, PPE, and CSCS requirements.
• Monitor programme delivery, quality, productivity, and site standards.
• Maintain records and project updates using company systems.
• Liaise with residents, clients and stakeholders to ensure customer service.
• Identify safeguarding, vulnerability, and H&S concerns and address them.
• Support delivery of projects alongside Contracts & Project Managers.
