Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Blackpool is seeking an Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer for a planned kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment. You will report to a Site Manager and help run day-to-day site operations on a social housing scheme.

Role requires SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets, with a track record delivering social housing refurbishments. Competitive package includes £36k salary plus a £4k car allowance and other benefits.

Responsibilities

The company work across internal refurbishments, external refurbishments, fire safety upgrades and energy efficiency upgrades.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer (this is a dual role) to join their team.

This is working on a planned refurbishment scheme in Blackpool (kitchens and bathrooms)

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes.

You will be reporting into a Site Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational running of the site, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Liaising with residents and ensuring they are kept updated with the construction process
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £36k (depending on experience) plus 4k car allowance and other benefits.
