Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Site Manager to join a permanent team on a Halifax hospital refurbishment project. You will report to a Contracts Manager and oversee site operations within a live hospital environment, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining programme, coordinating resources, liaising with the client, ordering materials and ensuring tenant satisfaction while upholding budget controls. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with site management on hospital refurbishment projects.
• Stable and progressive career history as shown on CV.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets are required.

The comapny are seeking a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Initially you will be working on a scheme in Halifax, which is the internal refurbishment of two wards within a live hospital environment.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials
• Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintained

Experience needed:

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £45-50k(depending on experience) plus 5k car allowance and other benefits.
