Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established social housing contractor in Manchester. You will oversee refurbishment projects across kitchen and bathroom replacements, ensuring programme delivery within timescales and budget.

You will lead safety and quality on site, manage programming and materials orders, and liaise with clients and Contracts Manager. Must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets, with a proven track record in social housing refurbishments.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets are required.
• Proven track record delivering social housing refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchen and bathroom works.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programme of works is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain health and safety on site and promote a positive H&S culture.
• Monitor quality of work on site.
• Liaise with the client and Contracts Manager.
• Plan and programme works.
• Order materials as required.

The company work across several framework schemes and have recently been awarded new contracts for kitchen and bathroom replacement & retrofit (EWI) schemes across the Manchester region.

As a result, they are looking for Site Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materialsExperience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchen and bathroom schemes.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £45k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits
