Job summary

Trevett Project Services is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a Hampshire based 3-month contract. You will oversee refurbishment and capital works across live sites, ensuring safety, compliance and delivery on programme.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining records and reporting progress to the Project Manager. A Black CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid at Work are essential, with EUSR Blue Card desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction/refurbishment projects.
• Live operational environment project delivery experience desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Support Project Manager with progress reporting and documentation.
• Ensure works comply with regulations and standards.

Site Supervisor

Hampshire 3-Month Contract 300 per day

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading national Facilities Management and Infrastructure provider delivering refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects across water and utility sites throughout Hampshire

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Supervisor with experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects in live operational environments. You'll oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising a variety of projects with values ranging from 50,000 to 600,000, including refurbishment, roofing and office fit-out works across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain accurate site records.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.
• Monitor quality, programme and productivity throughout project delivery.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain project performance.
• Support the Project Manager with progress reporting and project documentation.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager delivering construction or refurbishment projects.
• Experience managing projects within live operational environments is highly desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
