Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager for a main contractor delivering refurbishment, fit-out and facilities works.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing scaffolding and temporary works packages is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day management of site operations and activities.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and to project specs and standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour on site and monitor progress against programme.
