Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in occupied social housing. You will lead on-site teams, drive safety compliance and liaise with residents to minimise disruption.

The role requires experience supervising planned works, strong health & safety knowledge, and the ability to manage direct labour and subcontractors. A CSCS supervisor card and full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Kitchen & Bathroom Planned Works programmes.
• Social Housing sector experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and resident liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of planned kitchen and bathroom works.
