Job summary

React Site Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor for an interior fit-out project in Plymouth. You will support the Site Manager, oversee site labourers and coordinate with subcontractors to keep the project on track.

You’ll manage health & safety on site, ensure materials are stored correctly, and take charge of waste disposal. Gold CSCS, SSSTS and First Aid are required. Project starts 14/09/2026; payments via PAYE/Umbrella.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising site teams on interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple subcontractors on site.
• Strong focus on health and safety procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site labourers and coordinate with subcontractors on daily tasks.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed on site at all times.
• Ensure deliveries are stored correctly and waste disposal is managed properly.
• Liaise with the Site Manager to support daily site operations.

Job description

Site Supervisor required to work on a construction interior fit-out project in Plymouth. The Supervisor will support the Site Manager overseeing site labourers and liaising with the various subcontractors.

Along with managing the Health & Safety procedures on the site, the Site Supervisor will ensure all material deliveries are stored correctly and take charge of managing material waste disposal.

You will need a Gold CSCS card, SSSTS and First Aid.

Project start date - 14/09/2026
