Job summary

Ridgeway & Co are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their project in Bournemouth. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and supervise fit-out and refurbishment works to programme and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a solid background in fit out. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required and you will drive health & safety and handover processes to project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager.
• Strong background in fit out, refurbishment or interiors.
• Confident managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Good understanding of construction programmes and sequencing.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

The Role

Ridgeway & Co are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an established contractor on a project in Bournemouth.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

This position would suit a Site Manager with a strong background in fit out, refurbishment and internal works, who is confident managing projects through to completion and handover.
