Compco Fire Systems Swansea is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead sprinkler installation projects across Wales. You will coordinate site teams, maintain safety, quality and productivity, and work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• SSSTS qualification required.
• CSCS card is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Experience as a Site Supervisor on construction sites is advantageous.
• Strong health and safety knowledge on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day sprinkler installation activities on site.
• Coordinate site operatives and subcontractors to keep programmes.
• Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks and checks.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of sprinkler installation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Working closely with Project Managers and Contracts teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects while leading site teams and maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site operatives and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily site activities and programme requirements.
• Lead site safety activities including inductions, toolbox talks and compliance checks.
• Monitor installation quality and project progress.
• Maintain site records, progress information and documentation.
• Manage materials, deliveries and site resources.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify and upscale project risks, issues and delays.
• Support the successful completion and handover of projects.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Practical understanding of site Health & Safety management (CDM Regulations)
• SSSTS qualification.
• CSCS Card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• Site Supervisor experience within construction
• Experience within fire suppression or sprinkler installations.
• SMSTS, IPAF or PASMA qualifications.
• Relevant construction or fire protection qualifications.
