A leading boys’ grammar school in Rugby seeks a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage the school's facilities. The role involves ensuring safety and security, routine maintenance, and liaising with staff and contractors. SITE SUPERVISOR
Permanent
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Monday to Friday between 07.30 and 17.30 - exact start and finish times to be agreed with the successful candidate.
Scale F (points 7 – 10), with the possibility of Scale G (points 11 – 14) for a candidate with relevant experience/expertise. Salary range (points 7 – 14): £25,584 FTE – £30,060 FTE, pay award pending.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Required from June 2025.

Lawrence Sheriff School is an outstanding boys’ grammar school with approximately 1200 students, including around 450 in our coeducational sixth form. As a National Teaching School, we play a significant role in initial teacher training and continuous professional development across the region. The school is both a Teaching School Hub and Language Hub Lead School, offering staff varied and interesting opportunities to enhance their practice.
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to manage and maintain the internal and external fabric of the school premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, security, health and safety checks, monitoring contracts and contractors, and liaising with the Operations Manager, Headteacher, and stakeholders to facilitate the use of school facilities by community and commercial users.
